1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "okjl4", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service operated at okjl4.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses an okjl4 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with okjl4.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's okjl4 account available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by okjl4 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or outcome offered through the okjl4 platform.
• "Philippine Payment Methods" refers to GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ as supported on the okjl4 platform.

2 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on okjl4, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously held an okjl4 account that was suspended, closed for breach of these Terms, or voluntarily self-excluded.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active okjl4 account. okjl4 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, suspend accounts pending investigation, or permanently close accounts found to be duplicates, with any associated bonus funds forfeited without right of recovery.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering for an okjl4 account, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) subject to special restrictions under applicable law, unless you have disclosed this status to okjl4 and received written approval to proceed.
• You are accessing okjl4 in your personal capacity as a consumer and not as a representative of any commercial or professional gambling operation.

okjl4 employs age verification procedures during the KYC process. Any account found to be registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made on such an account will be returned, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in their entirety.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

okjl4 accepts deposits via the Philippine Payment Methods listed in Section 1. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account not belonging to the registered okjl4 player — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your okjl4 account. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time. okjl4 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider, network conditions, or scheduled maintenance on third-party payment infrastructure.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from okjl4 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply per VIP tier. Black Diamond members may request custom higher limits through their dedicated account manager.
• Withdrawals funded by bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion.

okjl4 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of security or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. Players will be notified of any such delays and the reason where disclosure is legally permissible.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on okjl4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for a particular game or market. Any currency conversion is your responsibility and may attract conversion fees from your payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by okjl4 are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the criteria specified in the promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• One bonus per household address, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements represent the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without right of appeal.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements on okjl4. The standard contribution rates are as follows unless an individual promotion specifies otherwise:

• Slots (JILI, Pragmatic Play, and all other slot providers): 100% contribution
• Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): reduced contribution rate as specified per promotion
• Sports betting markets: contribution rate as specified per promotion
• Progressive jackpot slots: may be excluded from wagering contribution — check individual promotion terms

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the okjl4 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these Terms. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the rules of the game in question.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for electronic games, and by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) for live dealer games. All outcomes are final once settled.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the hand or round will be settled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which may result in the wager being settled at the point of disconnection or after the round concludes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table and per game, as displayed in the game interface. okjl4 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Any malfunction of software or hardware — including the game client, network infrastructure, or payment systems — voids all plays and wagers affected. okjl4 will restore affected account balances to the pre-malfunction state where technically feasible.
• Wagers placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or bonus abuse, will be voided and accounts suspended.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okjl4 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, referral programs, or any other promotions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with okjl4 games or the platform interface in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or mathematical inaccuracies in game outcomes — commonly referred to as "bug abuse." okjl4 requires immediate reporting of any suspected game errors.
• Using the okjl4 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with okjl4 staff.
• Allowing third parties to access or operate your okjl4 account.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without first attempting to resolve the matter through okjl4 support channels.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

okjl4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity beyond the dormancy period specified in Section 9.
• Self-exclusion requested by the account holder under the responsible gaming tools.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, okjl4 reserves the right to confiscate the balance in the account, including real-money funds, where the breach relates to fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player fault, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting okjl4 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

9 Dormant Accounts

An okjl4 account is considered dormant after a continuous period of twelve (12) months without any login activity. Once an account is classified as dormant:

• okjl4 will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address or mobile number prior to applying any dormancy administration fee.
• A monthly dormancy administration fee of PHP 200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover account maintenance costs, subject to a minimum balance remaining of PHP 0.
• Dormancy fees will not cause the account balance to go into negative figures; once the balance reaches PHP 0, no further fees are applied.
• The account holder may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any re-verification requirements requested by okjl4.

Bonus funds remaining in a dormant account are forfeited immediately upon the account entering dormant status, regardless of wagering progress.

10 Responsible Gaming

okjl4 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that prevent you from depositing beyond your chosen amount.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the okjl4 platform for periods from 6 months to permanent closure.

Responsible gaming tools are accessible from your okjl4 account settings panel. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off delay before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okjl4 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the okjl4 platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond okjl4's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party where okjl4 was not negligent in protecting your account security.
• Accuracy or content of third-party websites or services linked from or integrated with the okjl4 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes okjl4's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Your use of okjl4 is at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. okjl4 provides a gaming service but does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or event. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the okjl4 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, audio, and video materials — is the intellectual property of okjl4 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the okjl4 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any okjl4 content without prior written consent.
• Use any okjl4 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any okjl4 software or game client.

Game content and intellectual property rights in individual games remain the property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to JILI, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play) and are used by okjl4 under licence.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operations.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of okjl4, you should first contact the okjl4 support team via live chat or email to attempt resolution informally. okjl4 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or such alternative dispute resolution mechanism as okjl4 may designate. Players retain any rights to seek redress through applicable consumer protection legislation in the Philippines.

Game outcome disputes involving certified RNG or live dealer game results are subject to review by the relevant game provider. The provider's determination regarding game outcomes is final and binding on both the player and okjl4.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okjl4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via:

• An email to the address registered with your account, where applicable.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the okjl4 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure prior to the effective date of the change, where a prior notice period is given.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
